Congratulations to everyone at Patchwork Nail and Beauty in Doncaster, for being our waxu Salon of the Month for May, 2019. We took five to have a quick chat with Katie to find out a little more about why they love waxu for their salon and what their customers think of the waxu signature wax experience.

How long have you used waxu express intimate wax and why did you choose the brand?

I have used waxu since last November and chose the brand as I had seen other professionals that specialise in intimate waxing using waxu, so I knew it was reputable.

We also saw the stand at the Pro Beauty Show and was impressed with the products and live demonstrations.

What do you think makes waxu different from other waxing products on the market?

The wax is so easy to use and moulds to all contours of the skin. The clients find it noticeably a lot more comfortable than other brands.

What do you love most about using waxu?

I love using waxu as I feel I am giving the best service to my clients knowing it is the best product in the market for intimate waxing; not to mention it looks and smells lovely!

What do your clients love about the waxu treatment?

It leaves their skin smooth and the results are long lasting!

What do you do to keep your clients coming back month after month?

The results of the treatment keeps my clients coming back every month and the customer care I provide during the treatment – making sure the client feels relaxed and at ease throughout.

If you were recommending waxu to other salons, what would you say the biggest benefit of having waxu as an offering has been for you?

I would say it opens up a wider set of clientele to your salon and more treatments to offer.
