How does it feel to be therapist of the month?

I’m absolutely thrilled to be selected for the Waxu therapist of the month. I have just taken over a waxing salon from a therapist who was retiring and she was very popular, so it was really daunting. However, all of the clients have commented on how lovely the waxu wax is and how the intimate waxing is so much less painful than having the treatment before. I am so pleased that all the clients have re-booked in for their intimate waxing and more importantly have recommended me to their friend’s as they are so impressed which is really reassuring.

How long have you been using waxu express intimate wax and why did you initially choose the brand?

I have only been using Waxu for a couple of months; I saw the Waxu stand at the Beauty show at the N.E.C at Birmingham in May and was so impressed with the quality of the wax and how little reaction I had to the wax myself that I booked on to the waxu training as soon as I could. I had my training with Steph and can honestly say that the support that I have had has been second to none. There is always someone to talk to if I have any queries.

What do you love most about waxu?

The products are really lovely to use and all complement each other, there is no horrible “waxing smell” left in the treatment rooms and the results for the clients have been fantastic. The client’s find the wax is more comfortable to have applied and less painful than other waxes available on the market.

What do you do to keep your clients coming back month after month?

I have started to offer late night appointments and will be piloting a breakfast waxing club for those that are really pushed for time and want their waxing done before they go to work. But really so far I have not had any client that has not re-booked in for their next appointment and more importantly have recommended the salon and myself to their friends which really is the best form of advertising that you can have.
